"I was very excited about having a trainer and seeing fast results. Matt was SUPER patient with me and knew how to manipulate my workouts to fit my needs. Although I threw many fits and gave up multiple times, Matt never gave up on me. He pushed me hard but never pushed me past my physical or emotional limits. When I would feel defeated and frustrated about the way I saw my body, he would give me the encouragement and positive feedback I really needed to hear to continue. I did see many results, especially with my arms and shoulders. They are much more toned now and I am very happy with them. Matt showed me exercises that I never even knew existed and always was a stickler for proper placement when doing these workouts, which I really appreciate. He also created healthy meal plans and very detailed nutrition guidelines for me to follow. He gave me legitimate scientific reasons for the diet he had me on which was very helpful. I’ve tasted his cooking and he is an amazing chef as well! I am very grateful for the physical training, but more than anything, I am most thankful for how patient, kind, and encouraging he was throughout the process. He lifted my spirits every time I came to train, and I always felt better about my body and my life in general after training with him.
